As needed by some of the students, there will be a half day course focussing on the 8 Energies of t’ai chi ch’uan.

Loose clothing and flexible footwear is required for the session as standard.

The class will be in our usual Much Birch training hall that has toilet and kitchen facilities and ample parking.
